This is one of the many recipes I came up with on my own while experimenting with my various tea herbs. This recipe is one of my personal favorite blends and it's absolutely delicious chilled. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers |
1 teaspoon tea, white |
Directions:
1. Assemble all the ingredients and place in a tea ball. Note: If you don't own a tea ball, then you can put the ingredients directly in the water and then strain out later. 2. Place tea ball in hot water and steep for 10 minutes. 3. This tea is best chilled. |
