This particular Syrup can be used as special addition to drink or dessert or simply with mineral water. Ingredients:
2/3 liter water |
1 kg sugar |
30 g citric acid |
50 -60 g lavender flowers |
1 lemon, sliced |
Directions:
1. Boil water and sugar for 30 seconds. 2. Let cool down completely. 3. Add remaing ingredients. 4. Let stand 5-7 days in a dark and cool place. 5. Filter with a clean towel. Boil it shortly again. 6. Fill in bottles, be careful while hot! I fill it in the washbasin! 7. Store in a cool place. 8. Suggestion: Add 1 teaspoon squeezed berries to the mixture for a nice color! |
