This is a very flavorful marinade that will make the toughest cuts of meat melt in your mouth. Ingredients:
1 cup tequila |
1 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 cup teriyaki sauce |
1 dried jalapeno pepper, seeded |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine tequila, Worcestershire sauce, teriyaki sauce, dried pepper, black pepper and salt. Blend until smooth. Pour over your favorite cut of meat and marinate for 8 to 24 hours.
