11 -13 yukon gold potatoes |
1 pint sour cream |
1/2 cup butter |
6 ounces packages cream cheese |
garlic salt, to taste (lots!) |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, peel, and mash. 2. Add sour cream spoon full at a time,. 3. adding more as needed. 4. Cut cream cheese into chunks and slowly add to. 5. potatoes and continue blending. 6. Add cubes of one stick of butter at a. 7. time. 8. If potatoes are still hot/warm, the butter& cream cheese should. 9. melt/blend easily. 10. Add garlic salt to tastes. 11.
