Pan cooked salmon fillets, with a mild spiciness. Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillets |
2 tsp dried dill |
1 tsp ground ginger |
1 tsp granulated garlic |
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper |
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all seasonings well. 2. Rinse and pat dry salmon. 3. Coat the meat side of the salmon heavily, and lightly on the skin side. If no skin crust evenly. 4. Place oil in pan and heat pan. 5. In a heated pan cook uncovered for the first half (meat side first); then covered for the second. Heat according to thickness of fish. |
