This is really yummy for pouring over ice cream. Ingredients:
20 peppermint hard candies, unwrapped |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
1/4 cup instant chocolate pudding mix |
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. In the top of a double boiler combine the candies, milk, syrup, pudding mix, peppermint extract and salt. Stir over simmering water until melted.
