Use as a hamburger patty, or just as meatloaf. Great source of protein. Can be done as described on a George Foreman Grill, or in the oven. Ingredients:
1/2 pound extra lean ground beef, drained |
1 red onion, minced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tbsp mustard |
1/2 tsp chili powder |
1/2 tsp paprika |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Preheat George Foreman Grill. 2. Meanwhile, mince onion and garlic, and beat egg. 3. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to blend the ingredients really thoroughly. 4. Form into several patties (2 - 4). 5. Once the grill is hot, place the patties on the grill and close the top. 6. Cook thoroughly, flipping once. |
