Laura Meat Loaf Patties

Use as a hamburger patty, or just as meatloaf. Great source of protein. Can be done as described on a George Foreman Grill, or in the oven.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound extra lean ground beef, drained
1 red onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. Preheat George Foreman Grill.
2. Meanwhile, mince onion and garlic, and beat egg.
3. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to blend the ingredients really thoroughly.
4. Form into several patties (2 - 4).
5. Once the grill is hot, place the patties on the grill and close the top.
6. Cook thoroughly, flipping once.
