I like to serve these beans with my Mexican rice and some enchiladas. Ingredients:
1 can small red beans |
1 can del monte stewed tomatoes w/ green chilies |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1/2 can of water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer for about 15 minutes. 3. Serve over rice. |
