Nice Latin beef-goes well with tortillas and refried beans. Can be eaten like fajitas. Ingredients:
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes |
1 tablespoon capers |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
3 garlic cloves, sliced |
bell pepper, sliced |
2 jalapenos, sliced |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks or 1 1/2 lbs beef brisket |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook 6 hours on high. Add can beef broth after 4 hours. |
