Even though these are prepared like & have the texture of a muffin, they taste more like a roll to me. They are perfect for when you need/want fresh bread with dinner and you are short on time. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup milk |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Fill greased muffin tins half full. 3. Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. |
