Last-Minute Cranberry Relish |

I love this recipe because not only is it simple, it's also delicious. It's something to make last minute for a holiday dinner. Note: LEFTOVERS MAY BE REFRIGERATED FOR UP TO A WEEK Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice |
1 pinch ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Pour the cranberry sauce into a 4-cup(or larger)glass or ceramic bowl. 2. Drain the pineapple, and reserve the juice for another purpose.*optional*. 3. Add the pineapple to the cranberry sauce. 4. Add the nuts, apple-pie spice and cloves. 5. Stir well into mix. 6. Serve at once or refrigerate until ready to serve. |
