I think the name of this drink is funny because it reminds me of Dr. Evil from the Austin Powers movies. He was always carrying on about his laser beam . Perhaps he had a few too many of these and couldn't control himself. Then again, this is pretty much a sweet girlie drink so perhaps not. Ingredients:
1 ounce amaretto (i like amaretto di saronno) |
1 ounce peach schnapps |
4 ounces orange juice |
ice (as needed) |
Directions:
1. Stir together amaretto, schnapps, and orange juice and pour over ice.
2. Garnish drink with fresh fruit or a cherry before serving, if desired.
