1 1/4 lb. ground beef |
28 oz. tomato sauce |
10 oz. lasagne pasta |
2 cups ricotta cheese, lite |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 eggs |
1 tbsp parsley |
3/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook beef & pasta, layer meat sauce & ricotta mixture & noodles, and bake at 350, 45 min. |
