Lasagna Pasta Rolls With Shaved Ham and Parmesan |

A perfect main course that is a litle diferent to your, spoon it out of the dish lasagna Ingredients:
2 cups shaved parmesan cheese |
250 g shredded ham |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
300 ml cream |
2 (400 g) cans tomatoes with juice |
1/2 cup white wine |
2 cups sliced button mushrooms |
1/2 cup black olives, pitted (approx) |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
tomato |
flat leaf parsley |
basil (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. you will also need. 2. 1 packet fresh lasagne sheets. 3. cut the lasagne sheets in half. 4. place a handful of ham and cheese along the length of each sheet, a couple of cm in from the edge. 5. roll tightly. 6. cut each roll in half and place in a baking dish. 7. place the garlic and cream in a large frypan, and stir over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil. 8. add the tomatoes, wine, mushrooms and olives. 9. pour over the pasta rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella. 10. bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. 11. remove from the oven and decorate top with chopped fresh tomato, flat-leaf parsley and basil. |
