Fast and easy. I make it when I have to take a casserole to a potluck. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 (15 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, italian sausage flavor |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce, lasagna flavor |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup |
1 (10 ounce) package wide egg noodles, cooked and drained |
16 ounces pre-shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat. heat Cheddar cheese soup and add to noodles. Add sauces and seasonings to meat. In a 9X13 inch pan, put half of the meat mixture, noodle mixture and top with the rest of the meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese melts. |
