Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) bell pepper, chopped |
8 ounce(s) cottage cheese |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
6 low carb lasagna noodles, cooked |
3 cup(s) mozzarella cheese |
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup(s) onion, chopped |
8 ounce(s) sour cream |
1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef with onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Drain and add spaghetti sauce. In a separate bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese. Layer in this order: 1/3 of meat sauce, 3 lasagna noodles, then 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with meat sauce and mozarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
