Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh chives |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry oregano |
1 egg |
2 tablespoon(s) grated parmesean cheese |
1 pound(s) italian sausage, ground beef or turkey or a combo |
15oz carton(s) ricotta cheese |
16oz package(s) sliced mozerella |
32oz jar(s) spaghetti sauce |
8 ounce(s) uncooked lasagna noodles |
1 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large skillet. Drain well. Add sauce and water. Blend well. Simmer for 5 minutes 2. In medium bowl combine ricotta, chives, oregano and egg. 3. In 13x9 pan spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce. Top with 1/2 of noodles, then 1/2 mozerella. Repeat with noodles, ricotta, then mozerella. Top with remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with parmesean. 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 5. Next day: 6. Heat oven to 350. Uncover baking dish and bake 5060 minutes until bubbly. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. |
