4 chicken breasts |
2/3 cup white wine |
4 chopped green onions |
2 teaspoons tarragon |
salt |
pepper |
1 egg white |
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Place chicken, wine& onions in shallow baking dish. 2. Sprinkle chicken with tarragon and salt& pepper to taste. 3. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. 4. Beat egg white until stiff peaks form. 5. Gently fold in mayonnaise. 6. Spoon mixture on top of chicken. 7. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. 8. Bake an additional 10- 15 minutes (until golden). |
