Larry just made this recipe up and it's really good. Ingredients:
26 peaches |
1/2 lb brown sugar |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 lbs sugar |
2 cups water |
4 teaspoons fruit fresh |
Directions:
1. Scald peaches. 2. Take skin off peel and pit. 3. Cut peaches in half or slices, if you like. 4. Mix rest of ingredients and let marinate 4 hours. 5. Make sure liquid covers peaches. 6. Then put in pint jars processed in water bath 10 minutes or process according to Ball directions. |
