Larry's Chocolate Zucchini Cake (Soy)

My dad's great recipe for chocolate zucchini cake modified for my lactose-intolerant wife.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini (peeled and seeded)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup soymilk
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon clove
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Mix first 7 (butter through baking soda) ingredients together.
3. Add eggs, vanilla, soy milk, and lemon juice then mix.
4. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, cloves and 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips and mix.
5. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.
6. Pour mix into pan.
7. Sprinkle remainder of dark chocolate chips and nuts on top before baking.
8. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
