Really amazing bar-b-que sauce, perfect on pork roast that's been cooked in a pressure cooker, then pulled apart, or on ribs. Ingredients:
3/4 cup ketchup |
3/4 cup water |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 garlic cloves or 1 teaspoon garlic powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix in a small saucepan and heat to boiling. Slowly add to meat. |
