Larkann's Easy Pizza Dough |

I bought this huge bag of pepperoni at Sam's and had all this fresh produce so Larkann and I made pizzas tonight. This was in one off Larkann's cookbooks and so we made it and created some wonderful pizzas! this dough has a yeast flavor to it for sure, but it was delish. Ingredients:
2 3/4-3 1/4 cups flour |
1 ounce active dry yeast (regular size) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons cooking oil |
1 cup warm water |
Directions:
1. combine 1 1/4 c flour salt and yeast in a large bowl 2. add water and oil 3. beat with electric mixer on low for 30 seconds or with a whisk until smooth. 4. beat on high for three minutes. 5. Stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can with a wooden spoon. 6. turn out onto a lightly floured surface. 7. knead in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough that is smooth and elastic (about 6-8 minutes). 8. divide in half. 9. cover and let rise ten minutes. 10. make a pizza! 11. bake pizza at 375. |
