My hubby favorite foods to eat.. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs clams, with shells |
2 garlic cloves |
2 hot chilies |
1 tablespoon fish sauce |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon oyster sauce |
1 tablespoon oil |
10 basil leaves |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. soak clams for two hours. 2. pound garlic and chillies with mortar and pestle. 3. heat oil in wok until hot, and add garlic and chillies and stir fry for a few min until golden brown. 4. add clams and stir fry for 3 minute. 5. add fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, water and stir fry for another 5 minute. 6. add basil leaves and serves. |
