Lao Style Beef Jerky Ingredients:
2 lbs lean beef |
10 garlic cloves |
2 1/2 inches gingerroot |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
2 teaspoons msg (option) |
2 teaspoons oyster sauce |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup sesame seeds |
2 cups oil |
Directions:
1. cut beef into 1/8 inch thick. 2. blend garlics and ginger. 3. put all ingredients into a bowl with beef and use your fingertips to thoroughly coat the beef. 4. place the beef strips onto racks and let it sit in the sun to dry. 5. deep fry jerky for 15 seconds and serves. |
