For breakfast on the go, pre or post work out or to take to sporting events. Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats |
2 teaspoons protein shake mix, berry flavoured |
1 banana, mashed |
1/2 cup blueberries |
2 teaspoons low-fat blueberry yogurt |
1 teaspoon honey |
Directions:
1. Throw all the ingredients together in a food processor and lightly blend. You may need to add some water to the mix. 2. Line a mini muffin tin with muffin patty liners and spoon the mixture into each. 3. Freeze the mix untill solid, should be creamy. 4. Snacks should last only a week before they start to taste floury. |
