Lance's Fried Cabbage

Great side dish or main dish if you love cooked cabbage!
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
6 slices bacon, chopped lengthwise into 1/4 inch strips
1 medium onion, halved and sliced
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in wok or large pot till crispy. Remove bacon and set aside. Remove all but 2 tbsp bacon grease. Add onion and stir fry 1-2 minutes. Stir in cabbage. Add water and soy sauce. Cover wok with lid and cook on medium high for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally till cabbage is soft but not mushy. Stir in cooked egg noodles and bacon and additional soy sauce if preferred.
