Ingredients:
2 cup(s) self-rising flour
1/4 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) ginger
1 teaspoon(s) cloves
2 whole(s) eggs
4 tablespoon(s) oil
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/4 cup(s) honey
1/4 cup(s) citrus juice
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
Directions:
1. Mix flour, spices and sugar in large mixing bowl. Make a well in center and add eggs, oil, honey, vanilla and mix well. In a small bowl add the orange juice and baking soda. Mix until you see bubbles. Add to other mixture and mix together. Pour into a greased loaf pan and cook at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
