Lammas Harvest Holiday Soup Aka, Harvest Pepper So...

How to make the holidays easy with great food!
Ingredients:
2 tb butter
5 skinless chicken breasts diced
2 med onions diced
10 cups waters
1/2 cup celery diced (a little more if you like)
1/2 cup carrots diced (a little more if you like)
1 sweet red pepper diced
1 sweet green pepper diced
1 sweet yellow pepper diced
2 cans sliced potatoes diced (or 2 cups diced potatoes)
fresh cup basil leaf, about 5 in all
8 teaspoons chicken bouillon
2 teaspoons beef bouillon
1/4 cup ground sage
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
1-2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
3 teaspoons sea salt
Directions:
1. Melt butter and add onions to tender. Add in chicken and sauté until done.
2. Poor in water, vegetables and spices.
3. Cook for 10 minutes until boiling and turn off heat.
4. Allow soup to rest for 1 hour then you may reheat and serve.
5. This spicy but not overly hot soup is wonderful with fresh baked wheat bread and salad.
6. Healthy, low fat and complete. Enjoy.
