Lamb Stew Ingredients:
2 lb lamb, lean, cubed |
1 cup carrots, diced |
1 cup rutabaga, diced |
1 cup turnip, diced |
1 tsp salt |
4 cups chicken broth, low sodium |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tsp rosemary |
Directions:
1. Cook lamb in broth until tender 2. Add diced vegetables and simmer until cooked (not mushy) |
