Our local grocery store would use this marinade on leg of lamb or for lamb kebobs. I was most suprised when our friend got this recipe from them. He passed it on to me...so I will pass it on to you!! This does make alot of marinade Ingredients:
500 ml olive oil |
85 ml red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
1 tablespoon parsley |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon pepper |
1 tablespoon oregano |
1 tablespoon basil |
Directions:
1. Combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar and spices in a zip lock bag. 2. Add lamb and marinate up to 3 days. 3. Preheat grill and cook lamb until done to preference. |
