Delicious! Use as a marinade for lamb roast, lamb steaks, or lamb cubes for shishkebabs. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon dry red wine |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. 2. Marinate meat overnight. 3. Double or triple the recipe as needed, depending on how much meat you have. |
