Lamb Kebabs With Yoghurt Sauce |

One of my first ever recipes made when I left home, very simple but I still love it! Ingredients:
1 lb lamb, cut into cubes |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/8 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 tablespoon oregano |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
Directions:
1. Mix all marinade ingredients together, place in bowl with lamb. 2. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight if possible. 3. Grill 10-15 minutes or til cooked as desired. 4. Sauce: Mix all ingredients together, serve with lamb. |
