Lamb Gravy

Ingredients:
pan dripping (juices from lamb)
2 lamb stock cube
1/2 glass white wine
2 sprigs rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon mint
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Put roasting tray on hob.
2. Spoon fat off.
3. Make 500ml stock from the lamb stock cubes.
4. Heat juices in tray on hob.
5. Stir in stock a little at a time.
6. Add the wine and rosemary on high heat.
7. Sieve in the flour and then add the butter.
8. Add the mint.
9. Heat until thickened.
10. Enjoy!
