Very simple to make. Requires at least 1 hour marinating time not included in timing below. Ingredients:
8 lamb cutlets, frenched |
1/2 cup plum sauce |
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place cutlets in shallow dish. Pour over sauce and sprinkle with rosemary. Marinate for at least 1 hour. 2. Grill cutlets 4-5 minutes each side, basting with the sauce. |
