Ingredients:
lamb chop (1 thick) |
italian breadcrumbs |
rosemary |
dijon mustard |
mint jelly |
Directions:
1. Rub dijon mustard on both sides of chops and roll chops in breadcrumbs. 2. Then sprinkle rosemary on a paper plate and place chops in it. 3. Stand in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. 4. Serve with Mint Jelly. |
