1 lb lamb, cubed |
1 cup chicken broth |
2 cups chopped onions |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon ground coriander |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
3/4 cup plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
salt and pepper |
3 cups cooked basmati rice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except yogurt, cornstarch, salt and pepper, and rice, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. 2. Stir in combined yogurt and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over rice. |
