Ingredients:
1 lb lamb, cubed
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups chopped onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
salt and pepper
3 cups cooked basmati rice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except yogurt, cornstarch, salt and pepper, and rice, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
2. Stir in combined yogurt and cornstarch, stirring 2-3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve over rice.
