very good, easy, comfort food Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb (browned) |
1 can cream of mushroom soup |
1 can cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup sliced cremini mushroom |
12 ounces shredded swiss cheese |
2 cups minute rice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in casserole. 2. cover and bake 350 45 minutes or untill rice is tender. 3. NOTE: for thicker casserole, use more rice, for thinner, use less. |
