1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped |

Directions:
1. brown the lamb cubes aand onion in oil 2. add tomato paste 3. add tomatoes 4. add wine 5. add water to cover meat 6. simmer 7. covered for 1 hour 8. add artichoke s cook 30 minutes more 9. add herbs and lemon juice 10. cook 30 more minutes uuntil lamb is tender. |
