Lam I Romme Og Dill - Lamb in Cream and Dill Sauce |

Ingredients:
800 g lamb |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
200 g mushrooms |
200 ml water |
300 ml sour cream, light |
1 bunch dill |
Directions:
1. Cut meat into cubes or serving pieces and brown in butter in hot pan. Remove the meat and set aside. 2. Add the mushrooms and the flour to the same pan and brown slightly. Add the water and meat and stir well. Bring back to a boil and simmer for 45 mins or until the meat is tender. 3. Add the cream and the chopped dill and stir well. Bring back to a simmer. 4. Serve. |
