tasty Ingredients:
500 g boneless skinless cod |
4 lemons, juice of |
salt |
20 g ginger-garlic paste |
2 teaspoons ajwain |
1 teaspoon red chili paste |
100 g besan |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
oil (for frying) |
1 teaspoon chat masala |
Directions:
1. Marinate fish in lemon juice and salt for 1 hour. 2. Drain extra moisture . 3. Make a paste of the remaining spices and ingredients and beat to make it smooth, marinate for second time all the pieces of fish for 2 hours. 4. Deep fry the fish in oil till crisp. 5. Serve hot garnished with onion slices and lemon. |
