Lahm Biajeen (Ground Meat Pizza)

This recipe comes from One Thousand and One Delights by Nahda Salah.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon yeast, dry
1/4 cup warm water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 -3 1/2 cups flour, sifted
1 lb ground meat, lean
3 onions, medium, chopped
1 cup pine nuts
salt
pepper
cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix the yeast with warm water, let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add over the oil, sugar, salt and flour. Mix well.
3. Knead the dough very well for 8-10 minutes. Put in a greased bowl. Turn dough in bowl, cover with a cloth and let stand in a warm place until double in size, about 45 minutes.
4. Cut the dough into 5 portions. Roll each portion into a circle 1/2 inch thick.
5. Spread the fillings over the 5 circles. Put into greased pans and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until slightly brown. Serve with yoghurt as main dish.
