A Rachael Ray recipe from the September 2008 edition of her magazine. Supposedly this was a drink served at the South by Southwest music festival in Austin, TX. NOTE: If you don't want yours quite as sweet, simply add the juice of a couple lime wedges and skip the sweetened lime juice. This is a really refreshing, light drink! Ingredients:
3/4 cup lager beer, chilled |
3/4 cup lemonade, chilled |
3 tablespoons sweetened lime juice |
lime wedge (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients and serve in a glass (no ice) with a floating lime wedge as a garnish. |
