This is a variant on Ants on a Log. It's nice for a quick snack in the evening to curb your sugar cravings, plus you get some extra protein. Ingredients:
2 celery ribs |
2 tablespoons light cream cheese or 2 tablespoons neufchatel cheese |
1 -2 tablespoon dried cranberries |
1 dash cinnamon (optional) |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese over celery. 2. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. 3. Nestle dried cranberries in cream cheese. |
