Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
1/2 lemon, juiced |
pinch silly salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
8 ounces gorgonzola |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon buttermilk |
pinch cracked black pepper |
4 cups wild greens salad mix |
1/2 red onion, sliced |
1 red pepper, sliced |
walnuts, for garnish |
Directions:
1. For the dressing: 2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. 3. In another large bowl, mix together all the salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and top with chopped walnuts. 4.
