Prickly Pear Cocktail Popular along the West Coast of Mexico Prickly Pear can be found in the Hispanic / Mexican aisle. Ingredients:
4 dashes bitters |
1 1/2 fluid ounces tequila |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
club soda |
salt |
prickly pear, slices (optional) |
Directions:
1. Use an Old Fashion glass and fill with ice cubes.
2. Pour in tequila, bitters, lime juice and soda.
3. Sprinkle salt on top of ice cubes.
4. If available, serve with a slice of prickly pear.
