My homemade granola recipe Ingredients:
14 cups rolled oats |
1 cup olive oil |
2/3 cup water |
1 tbsp. vanilla |
1 1/3 cup honey |
1 tbsp. cinnamon |
1 tsp. nutmeg |
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds |
1 cup sweetened coconut |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/8 cup flax seeds |
Directions:
1. Mix olive oil, water, cinnamon, honey, vanilla, & nutmeg. 2. Stir into oats. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 22 minutes. 5. Makes 4 baking dishes. |
