My homemade granola recipe
Ingredients:
14 cups rolled oats
1 cup olive oil
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/8 cup flax seeds
Directions:
1. Mix olive oil, water, cinnamon, honey, vanilla, & nutmeg.
2. Stir into oats.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 22 minutes.
5. Makes 4 baking dishes.
