This easy entree gives new meaning to the ham-n-cheese sandwich! Tastes great topped with mayonnaise and tomato slices! Ingredients:
1 pound thinly sliced cooked ham |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
5 slices provolone cheese |
5 large plain croissants |
Directions:
1. Combine ham and pineapple in skillet. Saute over medium heat until most of the pineapple juice has cooked off. Separate mixture into 5 sections in skillet and place one slice of cheese on top of each; cook until cheese melts. Serve on top of warm croissants. |
