Yum, yum! It sure smells good, and it tastes even better! Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 dashes cinnamon |
2 dashes nutmeg |
1 dash powdered ginger |
5 medium over ripe bananas |
1 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons instant tapioca pudding mix |
2/3 cup canola oil |
1/8 cup melted butter |
2 large eggs |
1 cup bread flour |
1/2 cup organic soy flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tablespoon wheat gluten |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Blend 1st 12 ingredients on high until smooth. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a fork, leaving the batter slightly lumpy. 4. Pour into greased bundt pan, and place in preheated oven. 5. Bake at 375 F for 40 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 F and bake another 30 minutes. |
