Kumquat, Seville Orange, and Apricot Marmalade

Ingredients:
1 cup ma made prepared seville oranges,* thin- or thick-cut
1 cup thinly sliced kumquats (about 5 ounces)
1 cup thinly sliced dried apricots (about 1/4 pound)
2 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. In a saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil, stirring, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Let marmalade cool in a heat-proof bowl and chill, covered, until cold, about 2 hours. Marmalade keeps, covered and chilled, 2 weeks.
