Loads of egg noodles and eggs make this a filling dish that's easy to make. Ingredients:
2 pounds egg noodles |
1 cup butter, softened |
10 eggs |
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente; drain. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 3. Mix together in a bowl, cooked egg noodles, butter and eggs. Stir until all is blended; season as desired. Pour in 2 9x9 inch baking pans. Bake for one hour. |
